Tenants wanted for new, “ultimate eco homes” in Beechwood, Sowerby

Pennine Housing 2000 is advertising for  tenants for new eco homes in Sowerby. They are looking for two families to rent one 4-bed house and one 3-bed house. Anyone interested can call: 01422 284517

The two new homes, which are nearly completed, are built to the most low-carbon, sustainable standard there is – level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Level 6 homes are also called zero carbon homes. These houses are the first of their kind in Calderdale. They include renewable technologies (like biomass boilers and solar photovoltaic panels) for heating, lighting and running appliances.
